Unfortunately I had a LG C7 which had a retention issue from factory, the whole process with DK Electronics, a father and son business were very honest and straight to the point business men. From the beginning it always came across that they ALWAYS thought of the customer first, even though it was not their product sold. They actually give LG the brand a good name!

My second time round, I had to call them cause of a issue of the replacement unit I received from LG (C8) again great customer service and thoughtful service with the end user in mind! I’ll keep you posted on how this round goes! But DK Electronics, top service!
